Named after a little town in North West France that my family used to visit every year when I was a child, The Carnac Bar Company is a wholesome, humble, yet very aspiring company that will offer total operations, services, solutions and equipment for events and occasions of all shapes and sizes. Personally, I have worked in every establishment this trade has to offer from pubs, restaurants and nightclubs to premium cocktail bars on board the 5-star P&O fleet in the South Pacific. This industry runs in my blood and will do forever. This company has the perfect blend of experience, innovation and enthusiasm. As a business, it won’t be possible to succeed unless we go above and beyond and exceed all expectations at any given moment, so that is what we intend to do.
